Shipping policy
All US orders will be shipped free of charge*. Please choose free shipping option during checkout. The free shipmnet is via first class US Mail, usually 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Priority and Express Mail orders received before 12 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 12 pm EST will be shipped next business day. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days (in transit) in the continental of the US but the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery within that time period.
For the international orders all delivery times listed on our page are only approximate time for the carrier to deliver the parcel to the destination. Please be aware that certain countries custom offices hold all packages for some period of time and this is beyond our control. If that is the case please contact your local custom office for details.
Return policy
As with any dietary supplement health benefits take time and results vary from person to person, therefore we do not offer money back guarantees. The only refund we offer is for unopened bottles of indium sulfate that are returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees for faster mail delivery are not refundable. For unopened bottles of indium sulfate sent within 30 days of purchase we apply 10% restocking fee. If you are not sure if Indium will work for you please order our free sample. You pay only $8 for shipping and handling*. The sample bottle should give you plenty of time - up to three weeks - to decide whether Indium is worth taking as a supplement or not.
