If for any reason your password does not match the one stored in our database, you will see a pink bar just above the window where you normally enter your email with the error message that state:
Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.
You then have two options, to try again with the different password if you believe that you just made a mistake in entering the password, or click on Password forgotten? Click here. (just below the Sign In button).
This link will open page that will give you ability to enter the email address you used to open account with us, please type this address in the provided box and click continue button. Our software then will take you back to the login page and you should see now a green bar with the message:
Success: A new password has been sent to your e-mail address.
The new password should arrive within few minutes to your mailbox and you should be able to login to your account without any problems (the time for your password to arrive is approximate and depends largely on your email service provider and the software you use).
Once you are in "My account"page
you will see the option to change your password. We encourage you to change the password to something that will be easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. Additionally we enforce the minimum password length to five characters.
In order to change the password that was send to you via our software, you will need to use that password in the provided box and then any password you desire. The password change will be immediate as soon as you click on the continue button but you will stay logged in with our site.
If for any reason you encounter any problems please call us at 800-737-6509 between 10 am and 6 pm EST, after verifying your information we will be able to rest the password for you.
The password in our database is encrypted the moment you make an account and even we do not have a way to retrieve it. All this is done to provide adequate security level for our customers. We provide for an easy way to reset your password (if you forgot one) as long as you have access to email account that you have used when you created account with us. If you no longer have access to this email account please contact us.
